Chef Everett has been determined since we opened to offer a combination of what he refers to as “serious comfort food”. These are dishes, both from the French Bistro tradition and from more American roots, that are designed to highlight the rich, fulfilling flavors of classic dishes. Many of our items are the result of old fashioned, “slow food” techniques that are reminiscent of dishes that have been prepared and served in serious kitchens for generations.
