About Restaurant: We created Precarious Beer Project for people who love beer and love life. The way we see it, the world is a beautiful and precarious place. We’re all on an adventure, here to take chances and enjoy every minute,
Our own Precarious adventure began in 2017 within the 700 square foot brewery portion of the Amber Ox Public House in Colonial Williamsburg. Just a year later, our founders Andrew Voss and Chris Cook took a chance on their vision of a larger, dedicated location—just a few blocks away in Merchant Square.
The Precarious Beer Hall opened with a world-class tasting room, a street-style taqueria called Electric Circus Taco Bar, an arcade with vintage games, and multiple outdoor spaces. It was an instant institution.
